Default Most Embarassing Guild Wars Moment

My moment came last night. While discussing an incident between 2 guild members I inadvertantly replied in the guild chat rather than the whisper chat. Although I didn't say anything offensive about either member, it could have been construed that way. Needless to say, I will be much more careful about making sure I am in the proper chat channel.

I never get embarrassing moments, but many times people make a fool of themselves while trying to embarrass me or show me up.

My favorite was the one that claimed that Anet would never add 'variable modifiers' replacing the inherent ones, one week before Nightfall release. You know the drill:
- I said things like "They surely will", "It's the next step to take", "The current system is just silly", "They will do the same with armors", and things like those.
- He said things like "No they will never do so", "And they will make armor like Factions ones", "Yaddayaddayadda!", If they do so I'll leave the game" and such.

And then we got inscriptions in Nightfall...
And last time I checked he had not left the game yet.

I don't know why did he got me ignored before I was able to rub it in. XDDDD

I never have done something embarrassing, mainly because seeing how no one knows who I really am on this game, it doesn't matter how I act, at least to me. But I have seen several people make a fool of themselves, mostly through wrong PMs. Cannot recall any specific things said.

DoA alliance ursan run: I map to DoA, we grab the people we're missing, everyone's ready. We head out and use cons. Then I realized I was SV from the vanquishing I was doing. My friends still make fun of me for that.

There's more, although right now I can't think of any but this one... >_>;;;;

I remember I changed my armor in town once and all I had was my underwear on…… It was really embarrassing

Actually I went into RA loaded with all Beast Master Skills Well I forgot [skill]charm animal[/skill]

But like a true trooper I plunked away with my bow at things doing a point here and there.

I tried my best to die first so if any of my team members died they could not notice I was using no skills, but we had a really good monk

Trading can bring on some awkward moments.

I usually trade in either LA or Kamadan, so the other night I blanked out when someone asked to meet at "GTB". The individual was good enough to remind me about the Great Temple of Balthazar, with no hint of a facepalm.

I'll say, recently I was buying 15 ectos, only I entered just 5 into my calculator and didn't think (it was late I was tired) so added 20K+ in rather than 70K+. He called me a scammer, I apologised for the error, calculated the correct amount and typed 70 in and submitted. He cancelled and called me a scammer again as I had only submitted 7K! This was because I didn't have 70k in my inventory, so it entered the 7 and ignored the 0.

Fortunately I managed to persuade him to try again and I made damned sure I got it right that time, so it worked out in the end, but I felt soooo embarrased.

Then I went to bed.

my most embarrassing moment? it's exactly what it looks like.
my hands got cold, and I lost my clothes.

I just hope you aren't the same person who transformed into a Wintersday Elf and claimed to get his head stuck.

I got some guildmates to help me go out and capture OOB for my Touch Ranger. We battle our way out to the boss and then I realize that I forgot to equip my Cap Sig... Doh! I remember actually being so embarrassed that I lied to them and said, "Thanks, I captured it!" and later had to H/H out there to finally get it myself.
